Flying in Tomorrow

Yup, I’ll be seeing Nan tomorrow. And I have a sneaking feeling that I will be a little bit useless at work today. Luckily all my colleagues are in the same situation with all their loved ones over the hills and far away. So there is some understanding to be had…well…. and a few jokes on my behalf.
This time I am leaving some more of my stuff at Nan’s place. It’s amazing what have accumulated itself over the year + I have been here in La-La land. And some of it is actually worth keeping. But with a 20 kilo baggage limit on flights, I start ferrying it over there now.
I am working hard on finding a present for her. She claims that all she want is me, but the way she was eying my suitcase the last time, before I managed to fish out present I have a suspicion that something more than my good self will be appreciated.
I work best under pressure, so right now I think the airport tax-free shop will be the solution.
