This and That

Well, that was my final week in the field, and one more week sitting in the office until it’s time to board that flight. Which means one more week of daily blogging.
It’s going to be great to go home. That is what it feels like this time around. Going home to Thailand, Isaan and Nan.

However I am struggling a little bit. I have to find a present for her. And on this island they only sell crap. Problem number two is finding some crap she will like.
I am thinking about enlisting the help of some of the office girls. But that will start a round of “when do we get to see her?, is she coming here? And why Thailand?”
And I am not sure I can manage to keep up my politically correct mask if they do.

Okay, I have been sitting in a car for 10 hours today, in the traffic from hell. So I am cutting this short. See you tomorrow with something that makes more sense
